Cancellation & Refund Policy (Draft)

1) Cancel before operator acceptance

Customers may cancel before any operator accepts the request and receive a full refund of prepayment.

2) Cancel after acceptance, before arrival

If an operator has accepted but has not arrived, refunds are partial: base amount minus any dispatch/coordination fee (if applicable).

3) Cancel after work starts

Once work has started, the base amount is non-refundable. Any remaining balance or dispute is handled case-by-case through ArubaAssist support.

4) Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within X business days.
